Terms of Service regarding appointment cancellation:

Managerial screening: If you are part of the managerial screening program and are unable to attend your preset appointment, please contact our call center (tel.: 06-1/225-0566) as soon as possible. Whichever type of checkup/medical screening you are due to attend; the preset appointment’s date can be can be changed up to the 14-day mark from the actual appointment. It is only possible to change the date of the appointment once. If the date for the appointment is altered and the patient doesn’t attend, or the appointment is cancelled, we treat the appointment as if it was completed. The date of the preset appointment cannot be altered under any circumstance within 14 days of the selected date. If any of the previously mentioned cases come to pass or the patient, simply doesn’t show up and does not contact us (in regards to not attending the appointment) we deem the screening complete and are unable to give any form of refund from that point on.

FLEXI Managerial screening: When purchasing our FLEXI Managerial Screening package, the patient has the ability to change the date of the appointment up to 8 pm on the day previous to the appointment. But changing the date of the appointment is only possible once. If the patient does not attend the appointment, we document the screening as complete and are unable to offer a refund of any kind.

Endoscopy: If the patient is set to take part in an endoscopy and is unable to attend we implore them to contact our medical coordinator (tel.:06 20 313 12 90) as soon as possible. The date of the appointment can be modified once up to 72 hours before the appointment is set to take place. However, no modification can be made to the date within 72 hours of the appointment, no matter the circumstance. If the patient does not attend the appointment and fails to contact us 72 hours prior to the appointment (in regards to cancelling it), we consider the treatment complete and are unable to issue a refund of any kind. This also applies if the patient changes the time or date of the appointment within 72 hours of the original appointment.
